At the Stanton, we're focused on good food, wine, classic cocktails and craft beer. Our menu is globally inspired, but locally sourced. This allows us to offer the local community dishes that are vibrant and full of flavor, yet fresh and representative of this beautiful place we call home.
While our love for good food and drink certainly shine through when guests sample our menu, what truly drives us to create and share is our local community. Our menu and approach evolve with the growing needs of our local community. While we'll never waiver in terms of scratch-made food and quality drinks, our ears are always open, waiting to hear what the community wants next.
